※ Please make sure all photocopied are done before applying for the visa. No copied documents may cause delay/reject of the application.
※ For visa / legalization applications by post, please enclose a stamped and self-addressed envelope for the return of your documents. Applicants outside Europe must pay an additional fee of ￡9.00 (weight up to 100g) or ￡10.00 (weight up to 101-200g) to have their documents returned by International Recorded Delivery. To deliver by DHL, an additional fee of ￡58.00 is required.

SPECIAL HANDLING FEE |
If the country of the visa applicant charges a special handling fee on ROC passport-holders, the visa applicant shall be charged with a fee equal to that upon application for an ROC visa. (ex. ROC visa application handling fee £103 for American passport holders.) |

※ The fees are non-refundable in the cases where visa applications are declined after review. However, this does not apply to special circumstances in which the T.R.O. has obtained the approval of the Ministry to refund the fees.
※ Fees can be paid in by cash, postal order or banker's draft in Pounds Sterling which should be made payable to the “Taipei Representative Office in the U.K.” . Please note that no personal cheques or other currencies are accepted.
