After 339 films in 11 days, this year's edition of the Toronto International Film Festival wrapped up on September 17. CBC News revealed the full list of winners. Taiwanese film “The Great Buddha+”, directed by Huang Hsin-Yao, won the NETPAC Award for World or International Asian Film Premiere.
