| U.S. passport holder: Visa processing fee $140.00 for a Single entry resident visa
Other nationals: $66.00 for a Single entry resident visa
Please pay by money order, make it payable to "TECO"

| Application Requirements |
- A passport valid for a minimum of six months
- A completed visa application form
- Two current 2" x 2" photos
- A letter from the employers in the R.O.C. certifying employment
- Permission to work (issued by the R.O.C. authorities concerned)

- Resident visa required 1-4 items above
- A curriculum vitae listing the applicant's experience, issued by the current religious organization (certified by TECO)
- Invitation letter issued by related religious organization in Taiwan
- Copy of registration certificate of the religious organization in Taiwan
- copy of cleric ID
- Health certificate (certified by TECO)
