2009 International Youth Culture and Study Tour to the Republic of China (Taiwan)
We welcome the young Europeans, aged 18 to 40, who will be visiting Taiwan this summer. With 80 slots available for application, we will provide all the food, lodging and activity costs during the two-week visit in Taiwan. The participants only have to pay for their own air-tickets to and from Taiwan and insurance.
The tour is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taipei and has three objectives - to enhance cultural exchanges with youths in Europe, boost Taiwanese tourism and prompt young Europeans to seek a better understanding of every aspect of life in Taiwan.
The tour will take place from July 28 to August 10 for the first group and from August 18 to August 31 for the second group. The working language will be mainly English and those who speak only French are advised to choose the second group.
If interested, you are kindly requested to fill in the application form, and submit it to the Cultural Division of the Taipei Representative Office in the EU and Belgium before June 30, 2009.
