Sixteen high school students from Taiwan visited Denmark for one week in September in an exchange with Allerød High School. The students from Taiwan stayed by the Danish host students.
The overall purpose of the exchange program is for the Taiwanese to be inspired by the Danish teaching methods, as teaching at a Taiwan high school is different from the Danish way. One difference between teaching methods in Taiwan and Denmark is that in Denmark, the interaction between teachers and students in Denmark is more free.
The guests from Taiwan followed teaching in various subjects and participated in a workshop where they made paintings of cultural subjects. Ms. Line Bach, Head of education at Allerød High School, is happy about the successful exchange week with the students from Taiwan.
