Taiwan International Friendship Art Exchange Exhibition

  1. Organizer: Association of Chinese Art Enthusiast
  2. Title: Art with High and Vigorous Spirits- The 10th International Art Exchange Exhibition
  • PlaceChan Liu Art Museum
  1. Exhibition Period: July 1-30 2017
  2. Submission Period: 10 March -10 May 2017
  3. Exhibition qualification
  4. Recommended by famous artists from various countries and govern organizations, each country can recommend no more than three artists.
  5. Please provide the resume and picture or portfolio for preliminary review.
  6. The organizer have the right to verify.
  • Dimension of works to be exhibited
  • . Western painting: (within 116×90 cm) about 2-3 pieces per person
  • . Chinese painting: (within 90×60 cm) about 2-3 pieces per person
  • . 3D works: (no higher than 3 m) 2 pieces per person

(The organizer sincerely expect the artists participating in this exhibition to provide a piece of work for the host to archive.)

  • Responsible items of the organizer
  1. Printing the invitation cards for executive officers, VIP and other Collectors to participate.
  2. Publish 2000 copies of the painting album (210 mm × 297 mm 300-400 pages). (As souvenirs to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, VIP, participated artists, and famous museums and art galleries around the world.)
  3. Hosting the opening ceremony and press conference: arranging the interviews from the media and foreign advertisings.
  4. Inviting VIP, Executive and artists to attend the opening speech.
  5. An International Exchange dinner will be hosted in the Grand Hotel on the opening day.
  6. Organized a tea party every afternoon during the exhibition period in order to enhance the communication between artists and other parties.
  7. Arranging staffs to clean up the exhibition once its completed.
  8. Responsible for the hygiene of the exhibition, maintenance and insuring the art words and servicing personnel.
  9. Corporate with the organizer in marking the certificate for the Ministry of Foreign affairs and Diplomatist to issue to the participate artists.
  10. Gifts and souvenirs to be offered to the VIP and other participated artists.
  11. Bare all the additional fee for the participants such as postage, shipping, insurance and other related matters.

Complete application forms (see attachment A, B and C), submit by email to Chan Mei Art Co. (chanmeiart@gmail.com). Please make sure you have a copy of all application forms and documents.

  1. Application Confirmation

Upon receiving your application, executives will contact you via email. Please let us know if you have not receive confirmation email within a week.

  1. Audition/Notification

The audit team to work according to the documents and attachments received, then deliver results within 7 days after application documents being sent to. The audit team reserves the right to demand changes of exhibits/artworks/participating artists. Results will be notified via email or telephone.

  1. Preparation for album making ※Please submit documents within 3 days of confirmation call
  • Full title of exhibitor and name of the artist(Chinese/English name)
  • Personal photo : file not be smaller than 5MB

(※Please do not use web photo)

  • 2-3 Files for artworks: TIF format 300dpi, or JPG format of 5MB above

(Please mark files in orders, we shall adjust numbers of artwork picture according to album page)

  • Artist profile: around 300 words.
  • Contact: Address, telephone, e-mail, website…other contact information
  • For fair and uniform information, the typesetting of the album will be unified with 2 pages for each exhibitors.
  • Due to the participants are from around the world, we are not able to offer revision service for albums.
