Mr. Isaac Chiu, Director General of TETO, has once again been invited to visit the Faculty of Social and Political Science (FISIP) of Airlangga University (UNAIR) on the 2nd of May. Mr. Chiu gave a talk regarding Taiwan’s semiconductor industry and geopolitics. Dr. Ahmad Safril Mubah took charge as the moderator after an introduction was made by Prof. Irfan Wahyudi, Vice Dean of the FISIP. In a 90-minute session, Mr. Chiu’s talk gave a complete picture of Taiwan’s semiconductor sector and its implications with the current geopolitics, which was well-received alongside vibrant feedback from the audience. It attracted more than 120 students and faculties from the UNAIR and other institutions, including Dr. Vinsensio Dugis and Dr. Sarah Anabarja from the Department of International Relations of FISIP.
