| 1. Visa Application Form | Completed online, printed out and signed. |
| 2. Two photos | Color photos with white background taken within 6 months, size of the head should be 32-36mm from chin to head and printed on photo paper. |
| 3. Passport (original and a photocopy) | Valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry. |
| 4. Admission permit or record of enrollment and registration | 1. For university/college exchange students, an admission permit issued by the university/college they intend to enroll in is required.2. Students already studying in the R.O.C. (Taiwan) on a Visitor Visa and wishing to apply for a Resident Visa are required to present the record of enrollment and registration. |
| 5. Overseas school’s record of enrollment (original and a photocopy) | The record of enrollment or student ID issued by the overseas school which the student is originally from. |
| 6. Original and one photocopy of letter of approval issued by university /college or the administrative authorities for education at each level | Exchange students in Taiwan for a period of six months or less are to abide by the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan. |
| 7. Return envelope | Self-addressed and sufficiently stamped, if not picking up passport personally. For applicants from Norway, please find mailing information here, and please be advised, do not send the application as a package, as it will result in customs fees be requested subsequently. |

| Payments by bank transfer to our bank account BG886-8812 (please provide a proof of payment). Payment must be made 2 days in advance, i.e. received by us the day before we receive the application. For applicants from Norway you'll be able to transfer money to our bank account (Bank info ). Please note: Our bank (SEB) charges a 31.85 SEK service fee for transfers made from banks in Norway (from other countries outside of the EU the service fee will be 80 SEK). If you pay from a Norwegian bank, you must therefore add 31.85 SEK to the original fee. For example, if you apply for a single entry visitor visa, the total amount to transfer would be 546.85 SEK (515 + 31.85 = 546.85). Please make sure to transfer enough money for your visa application. | |

| Available for collection in 7-10 working days or 4-5 working days for express handling. We do not guarantee the processing time; individual cases may require longer periods, depending on particular circumstances and the complexity of the case. | |

| If foreign nationals who have entered the ROC with Visitor Visas are subsequently legally employed in the ROC, they may make the necessary change from their Visitor Visa into a Resident Visa in this country directly. | |
