Art and culture are precious fruits of the spiritual civilization of humans as well as being common language bridging the world. Artists are creators of national culture. In order to pay tribute to the artistic circle and encourage artists to unveil their creations, the Association of Chinese Art Enthusiast have held 9 International Art Exchange Exhibitions since 2013 to provide an exhibition platform of exceptional quality, attracting many viewers with enthusiastic response. This Exhibition is organized by the Association of Chinese Art Enthusiast, the Chan Liu Art Museum, the Art Spirit International Exhibition Center, the Taiwan Heritage Foundation, and the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Nantou County, with Professor Chan Yu-Ching as the Principal Convener. It is hoped that this Exhibition will increase young artists’ international cooperation and further circulate artistic pieces. Through exchange of diverse culture and art, it is eagerly anticipated that the mutual relationship between Taiwan and friendly countries will improve, the cooperation with NGO’s and INGO’s will be reinforced, the overall competitiveness of cultural enterprises in Taiwan will be enhanced, not to mention Taiwan’s soft power can be realized and its international visibility will be boosted.
Exhibition qualification
- Artists from all around the worlds. Each country can recommend no more than three artists.
- Please provide the resume and picture or portfolio for preliminary review.
- The organizer have the right to verify.
Dimension of works to be exhibited
- Western painting: (within 116×90 cm) about 2-3 pieces per person
- Chinese painting: (within 90×60 cm) about 2-3 pieces per person
- 3D works: (no higher than 3 m) 2 pieces per person
(The organizer sincerely expect the artists participating in this exhibition to provide a piece of work for the host to archive.)
Responsible items of the organizer
- Printing the invitation cards for executive officers, VIP and other Collectors to participate.
- Publish 2000 copies of the painting album (210 mm × 297 mm 300-400 pages). (As souvenirs to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, VIP, and participated artists.)
- Hosting the opening ceremony and press conference: arranging the interviews from the media and foreign advertisings.
- Inviting VIP, Executive and artists to attend the opening speech.
- An International Exchange dinner will be hosted in the Grand Hotel on the opening day
- Organized a tea party every afternoon during the exhibition period in order to enhance the communication between artists and other parties.
- Arranging staffs to clean up the exhibition once its completed.
- Responsible for the hygiene of the exhibition, maintenance and insuring the art words and servicing personnel.
- Corporate with the organizer in marking the certificate for the Ministry of Foreign affairs and Diplomatist to issue to the participate artists.
- Gifts and souvenirs to be offered to the VIP and other participated artists
- Bare all the additional fee for the participants such as postage, shipping, insurance and other related matters.
