Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Thailand (the Office) invites legally eligible companies capable of performing interior decoration and construction projects in Thailand to view the tender documents from 20 March to 24 March and to bid for the project from 27 March to 19 of April.
The project complies with the Government Procurement Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the invitation is announced on the website (www.pcc.gov.tw) and the official website of the Office (www.roc-taiwan.org/th/index.html)
The full set of tender documents, written in English language, will be available at the Office during the aforementioned viewing period from 9 am to 5 pm.
The office will brief on the project at the Conference room of the Office at 3 pm on 20 March and welcome all bidders to attend (2 representatives maximum for each bidder) with advance notice by noon of 20 March. It should be noted that all costs and fees associated with preparation for bids, including site visits, are in favor of the bidder.
The bidders can purchase the tender documents starting from 27 March, and should deliver the well-sealed bids by 4 pm of 19 April. All the bids will be opened in presence of the bidders’ representatives holding letter of authorization (2 maximum for each bidder) at the Conference room of the Office at 4:30 pm on 19 April.
