PROSPECTUS - Advanced Access Control System for Taipei NANGANG Exhibition Center, Hall 1
- Project Objective:
To enhance service level of Taiwan exhibitions, Taipei NANGANG Exhibition Center, Hall 1 so as to establish an advanced Access Control System to hasten gate entry/exit times of visitors/buyers that will also reduce operational costs.
Taipei NANGANG Exhibition Center, Hall 1 will implement a new Access Control System which applies ergonometric considerations to achieve smooth and easy passage for visitors/buyers.
The new Access Control System should be designed with a combination of technological considerations and aesthetics to prevent crashing, trapping and malfunction.
The handheld readers and Access Control System can collect buyer information and provide visitor/buyer data to exhibition organizers.

- Project Budget: NT$45,940,000 (tax inclusive).
- Compliance deadline: 180 calendar days from commencement date.
- Time-limit for Receipt of Tender：5 PM, May 10, 2016.
- Foreign suppliers must have subsidiaries, agents or distributors in Taiwan for maintenance and after service. After project acceptance, the winning tender must send two engineers to work on-site to operate the Advanced Access Control System during exhibition events for the first two warranty years.
