Director General Steven Tai attended youth concert in memorial of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s 150th birthday

In memorial Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s 150th birthday, Atlanta Taiwanese community conducted several activities, including National Arbor Day tree planting on March 12th, and youth concert on March 26.
Before the concert, DG Steven Tai encouraged the students to follow Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s teaching: “The world is for all” and “For the purpose of life is to serve.” Ms. Jakie Chen, Director of Chinese-American LEO Club of Atlanta introduced the LEO club. Brian Mock, deputy mayor of Chamblee thanked the community service performed by LEO club members.
The concert was performed by youth members of Atlanta LEO Club and Ms. Shufang Chen’s Yisian Guzheng Ensemble. Director General Steven Tai, Director Chin-Ling Fu of Culture Center, OCAC Commissioner Dr. Ray Wang, and more than 120 people attended the concert.
