1. Follow the instructions below and complete the form (http://goo.gl/forms/foihWCKTu1NVAFMp1) NOT LATER THAN August 19, 2016.
Ask the buyer to choose which session he/she would like to attend.
Please remind the buyer that NO changes can be made once a session has been chosen, and to be on time for his/her scheduled meeting, especially if he/she chooses the morning session.
Failure to attend on time may affect his/her subsidy application.
2. Online enrollment for suppliers will be opened on August 22, 2016. The first list of suppliers will be released on Sept 14, and the second list on Sept 21, 2016. Please remind the buyers to select the suppliers whom they would like to have a meeting with, and let us know by reply.
3. For his/her flight and/or accommodation incentives to be valid, the buyer has to attend the meeting on time, stay for the entire duration of the session, and complete the questionnaire before leaving the venue.
