The 2017 Taiwan Fellowship, a scholarship established in 2010 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China(Taiwan), begins accepting applications. The deadline for all applications is June 30, 2016.
The Taiwan Fellowship is awarded to foreign affairs experts and scholars interested in conducting advanced research related to Taiwan, cross-strait relations, mainland China, or Asia-Pacific region and Chinese studies. Recipients will be granted round-trip air fare to Taiwan and a monthly stipend for a term of 3 to 12 months.
Applicants who reside and study in the state of Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming may submit their applications online and mail a copy of all documents of application to Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Seattle(TECO in Seattle, mailing address: 600 University St. STE 2020, Seattle, WA98101).
