The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco (TECO-SF) is inviting qualified and experienced security service providers to submit proposals for the provision of outside patrol services for our office building located at 345 4th Street, San Francisco, CA 94107. The successful bidder will be awarded a one-year contract commencing on January 1, 2024, with the option for early termination after two months, subject to a 30-day written notice in advance.
1. Services: Outside Patrol Services
Three (3) nightly patrols on weekdays from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM the next day. Six (6) patrols on weekends and holidays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM the next day. Daily patrol reports must be submitted via email by next day.
2. Term of Contract:
The contract term is for one year, starting on January 1, 2024.
An early termination clause is included, allowing for termination after two months with 30 days' written notice in advance.
3. Fees:
Bidders are required to provide a fixed monthly fee proposal for the entire one-year contract term.
The fixed monthly fee should include all costs associated with providing the specified patrol services.
Overtime fees for holidays should be included in the fixed monthly fee and clearly outlined in the proposal.
4. Qualification and others:
4-1. Companies should be registered in California, and can legally provide security services.
4-2. Companies from China or with Chinese capital are not allowed to participate.
4-3. The security guards dispatched should be physically healthy, have English communication skills, and must not be Chinese nationals.
