其他: 具1年相關工作經驗尤佳
職務內容:
1.負責本組科技部”國際合作簡訊網”稿件初核、彙整並上傳，以及網頁平台維護
2.負責每週更新本組網頁包含歐盟主要科技政策、重要科技活動、科研動態資訊、本組轄區重要科技事件報導及網頁平台維護
3.協助其他交辦行政事務

Le Taipei Representative Office in the EU and Belgium est à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) temp-partiel au Service Scientifique.
Profil:
Compétences requises :
- Nationalité: Ressortissant(e) de l’Union Européenne.
- Posséder au minimum le diplôme de bachelier.
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise en anglais (oral et écrit)、un niveau de base en français ou en néerlandais, parler et écrire le chinois de preference.
- Maîtriser parfaitement l’outil informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…).
- Avoir une expérience similaire d’au moins un an de preference.
Description de la function:
Sa mission principale consistera à réaliser les tâches attribués du Service Scientifique, à savoir :
- Coordination éditoriale du « International Cooperation Sci-Tech Newsbrief ».
- Maintenance du site web «International Cooperation Sci-Tech Newsbrief ».
- D’autres tâches ad hoc attribués du Service scientifique.

Part-time vacancy in the Science and Technology Division
The Taipei Representative Office in the EU and Belgium is looking for a part-time assistant for the Science & Technology Division
Profile:
- A citizen of the E.U. member state.
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a good command of English (oral and written), a basic level of French or Dutch. Speaking and writing Chinese is considered a big plus.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office software package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ...).
- Preferably have a similar working experience of at least one year.
Job description:
The job consists mainly of assisting the Science & Technology Division in its day-to-day activities, in particular:
- Editorial coordination of the « International Cooperation Sci-Tech Newsletter »
- Maintenance of the « International Cooperation Sci-Tech Newsletter » web page
- Other tasks assigned to the Science & Technology Division on an ad hoc basis
Start of contract:
Mid February 2018
