Document Authentication Service
1. To request these services, you must submit a completed application form (doc檔案(doc/pdf/odt) stating:
(1) the nature of the document;
(2) the purpose of authentication;
(3) the names and addresses of organizations or individuals requesting the authentication;
(4) the name of a contact person and his or her phone number and e-mail address;
(5) a copy of the applicant’s photo I.D. (e.g., yellow card, drivers license, passport); if submit on behalf of a company, please provide a copy of agent’s I.D


Appliciants must complete all sections of this form truthfully and in full. The relevant ID documents must be submitted together with the form. If the application is submitted through an agent, power of attorney authenticated by a notary public or the appropriate authorities must be attached, or the application may be refused. Should any false or misleading information be willfully entered on this form, this will constitude an act of forgery according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of China.
2. In principle, we only authenticate documents that have been issued within our service area which includes Denmark and Iceland. All documents to be authenticated must also first be notarized by the notary public in Copenhagen, or certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the appropriate county.
3. The authentication fee is DKK 99 per authenticated document.
4.All application payments should be made in cash only.
5. All documents must be submitted with an additional photocopy of the documents in their entirety. If several identical documents are submitted for authentication, we require only one photocopy of one of the documents.
6. Applications submitted by mail must also include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
7. The processing of all documents usually takes 5-7 working days. The express service is currently unavailable.
8. The Consular Division is open Monday through Friday,10:00 - 13:00. Some visits to the consular division are by appointment only.
