：On 3 May 2021, Representative Janet Chang had the pleasure to give Helsinki International Rotary Club (HIRC) an online presentation on Taiwan's politics, economy, society and foreign affairs. The presentation was well-received and Representative Chang, an active Member of HIRC herself, was also delighted to answer questions raised by the audience. HIRC is the only Rotary Club in the Helsinki region that uses English as its club language. Its purpose is to serve the local and global communities in furthering peace and promoting charitable activities.
