The Taipei Representative Office is the economic and cultural mission of Taiwan in Ireland. A vacancy has arisen for the position of Administrative Assistant. This role requires excellent writing ability and interpersonal communication skills, an interest in international affairs, and utmost integrity and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Drafting the official English-language correspondence of the mission;
Writing notes for public remarks and media releases;
Responding to public queries;
Assisting with consular functions;
Day-to-day administrative tasks and other sundry duties.
Requirements:
Irish passport;
Irish driving licence;
A bachelor’s degree in arts, social sciences, law, or business;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Understanding of the Irish political system;
IT proficiency.
