Working Visit to the University of Delhi
Prof. Y. Chang, Director of Science Division, and Mr. J. Chang, Director of Culture Divison, conducted a working meeting with Prof. Gumeet Singh, Proctor of Delhi University on September 16 for the bilateral exchanges and cooperation. Delhi University has already signed collaborative agreements with some Taiwan's universities, including National Tsing Hua University (www.nthu.edu.tw/), National Cheng-Chi University (www.nccu.edu.tw/) and Yuan Ze University (www.yzu.edu.tw/), and expects to expand the collaborative relationship with Taiwan's higher education units. The TECC will continue to facilitate the exchanges between Delhi University and its Taiwan counterparts.
