On the evening of October 8, Monday, Ambassador Jeffrey S. C. Hsiao hosted a banquet celebrating the 107th National Day of the Republic of China and the 20th anniversary of RMI-ROC diplomatic tie. H.E. President Hilda Heine and First Gentleman Thomas Kijiner, Ministers, Senators, Traditional Leaders and business leaders attended the celebration. A short video commemorating the many ROC-RMI activities over the past 20years was presented at the banquet, followed by speeches and excellent food, local music and dances.
