為期五天,共十個小時的第一期蘆筍栽培班1月29日圓滿結訓。這項訓練計畫是駐緬甸代表處所啟動,結合台緬雙方教育資源,搭配通訊連結,由緬甸SML國際教育機構(SML International Education Services)與國立屏東科技大學(National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, NPUST)農學院共同舉辦的短期訓練課程,在新冠疫情期間,以線上授課的方式進行,吸引將近80位來自緬甸各省邦的學員參加。29日上課尾聲,多位學員就蘆筍栽培若干技術問題及生態關切,與屏科大林儒緯教授進行詢答,參訓學員表示對此次難得機會可以學習寶貴的蘆筍栽培專業知識,表達由衷感謝! 屏科大農學院將針對全程參與的緬甸學員發給學習時數證明。
駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使及同仁全程參與第一期蘆筍栽培班課程,並對本計畫的執行情況表示高度肯定! 李朝成大使對緬甸SML國際教育機構及屏科大農學院初次嘗試建立合作模式運作順暢,表示祝賀之意。雙方將於2月1日至5日接續舉辦洋菇栽培班,持續在不同農業領域,為緬甸培育先進農業儲備人才。
To continue Taiwan-Myanmar bilateral exchange in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Myanmar initiated an online agriculture training program by matching Myanmar education institution The SML International Education Services and the College of Agriculture, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. The 5-day program providing asparagus cultivation know-how completed on January 29. Trainees not only participated with enthusiasm, but expressed their gratitude for such a unique opportunity. Certificate will be issued to individual trainee afterwards.
Charles Li, Ambassador of TECO in Myanmar congratulated both SML and the university on the success of the aforementioned program. The second program, slated from February 1 to 5, aims at sharing mushroom knowledge.
