Director General Jeff Liu interviewed by Radio New Zealand to urge WHO to set politics aside

Director General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Auckland, Jeff Liu, told Radio New Zealand reporter that Taiwan has valuable knowledge that should be shared. He urged the World Health Organisation to put politics aside and accept the island nation into its ranks when it meets this week. New Zealand, the US, Australia and some European countries are supporting its WHO bid, because of Taiwan's rapid and effective response to the virus, resulting in just seven deaths in its population of 24 million.
