Representative Francis Liang Attends Singapore Gnoh Kung Association’s 66th Anniversary cum 28th “Respect the Elderly Celebration”

On 2 December 2018, Representative Francis Kuo-Hsin Liang graced the 66th Anniversary Dinner cum 28th “Respect the Elderly Celebration” of the Singapore Gnoh Kung Association as the guest of honor. About 200 persons, including the Association’s board and members, and seniors accompanied by their families attended the event.
In his dinner address at the celebration, Representative Liang commended Singapore Gnoh Kung Association’s achievements over its 66 years history. The Association has played an important role in community bonding, and its pioneer and current members have made significant contributions towards the development of Singapore. Representative Liang also highlighted the Association’s “Respect the Elderly Celebration” as a profoundly meaningful activity to express gratitude.
In the address by Chairman Tan of the Singapore Gnoh Kung Association’s preparatory committee, he expressed his thanks to Representative Liang and all the committee members for their support and generosity. He also voiced his hope that more young people would come into the association’s fold.
