On behalf of ROC President Ma Ying-jeou, Representative Lyushun Shen presented a posthumous Presidential Citation to the widow (4th from right) of Mr. Chao Ting-Chun, the former Vice-President of Central Daily News, for his major contributions to the fields of media and journalism on February 12, 2016 at the Twin Oaks Estate. After the presentation, Representative and Mrs. Shen (far right) took a photo with Mrs. Kelu Chao (3rd from right), the oldest daughter and Voice of America’s Acting Director, with other family members.
