Professional Policy Researcher Wanted

The applicant will be chosen after a written exam and job interview, and will have a trial period of 3 months beginning on August 21, 2017（might be rescheduled）.
Before the end of the trial period, Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States (TECRO) will conduct an evaluation of the job performance by the chosen applicant. The chosen applicant will be formally hired on November 22, 2017 （might be rescheduled）provided that the evaluation is satisfactory.
Compensation will be discussed during the job interview.
Applicant Requirements:

(1) Masters (2 years) or PhD in Political Science, Diplomacy, Finance, Economics,

Journalism or Law. Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in a job related to

degree.

(2) Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Good command of spoken and written

Mandarin is a plus.

(3) US citizen or permanent resident.

(4) US driver’s license.

(5) Proficient in English MS Office. Capability in Mandarin MS Office is a plus.

(6) No criminal record.

The written test and interview is scheduled to be held on August 2, 2017.
