President Tsai to deliver a speech at the video conference co-hosted by Hudson Institute and Center for American Progress

President Tsai Ing-wen has been invited by the Hudson Institute and Center for American Progress to deliver an online speech on August 12th at 9 a.m. EST. President Tsai will speak on the challenges facing Taiwan, the close security and economic ties between Taiwan and the U.S. and Taiwan-U.S. cooperation on regional and global issues.
This marks the first time the Hudson Institute and Center for America Progress will hold a high-level event on Taiwan.The conference will be co-hosted by Hudson Institute COO John Walters and the CAP President Neera Tanden, followed by a discussion with Representative Bi-khim Hsiao, Hudson Senior Fellow Seth Cropsey and CAPVice President Kelly Magsamen.
