Getting to know Taiwanese artist Yao Jui-Chung: artist talks at Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery, 10 am Thursday 16 August and Saturday 18 August 1 - 2 pm at PICA.

Yao Jui-Chung, renowned Taiwanese artist, and Eugenio Viola, the senior curator of The Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA), have been chosen to be the recipients of the second year of the Residency Exchange Program Taipei / Perth, between Turner Galleries and Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts. Yao Jui-Chung is due to give artist talks at Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery, 10 am Thursday, 16 August.

In an exciting collaboration, Yao Jui-Chung will also be participating in PICA’s Artist in Residence program and will present an Artist Talk at PICA on Saturday, 18 August 1 - 2 pm, followed by an open studio 2 – 2:30 pm.
