Sam has spent over a decade cultivating the coffee scene in Queensland. As the founder of Espresso Club Australia, he has grown from a passionate coffee lover into a respected educator. Over the past 20 years, he’s operated cafes , run coffee schools , trained thousands of baristas , and guided aspiring café owners to success.
With countless accolades under his belt, Sam made history by winning the championship title for two years in a row — truly a Taiwanese legend abroad!
