Cleaning Services at Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Brisbane
1. GENERAL INFORMATION:

Procurement Subject: Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Brisbane (TECO Brisbane) intends to contract for Cleaning Services
Response Deadline: 05:00pm, Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 (Brisbane Time)
2. PRELIMINARY PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Location: 11th and 12th Floor, 46 Edward Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
Term: From October 1st, 2022 to September 30th, 2023 (12 months)
Budget: AUD$ 28,600 (including GST/ each week average budget AUD$550)
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES:
1). Frequency: three times on-site cleaning per week after 2pm (upto 5pm).
2). Cleaning Services:
a) Each visit: clean toilets for both floors、collect rubbish and clean kitchenette for both floors、sanitize consular foyer
b) Weekly: mop tile floor for both floors
c) Once two weeks: vacuum carpet floor for both floors (Just open areas and meeting rooms, personal office excluded)
d) Occasionally: sanitize table and chairs of meeting room (Only when required)
e) Taipei Economic and Cultural office in Brisbane will provide all tools, consumable cleaners and necessities. The cleaning team will not be required to bring any equipment or chemicals onsite.
f) TECO Brisbane will retain the right to approve or deny any person performing service at its premise.
4.BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
A. Proof of business registration.
B. Experience and project information for past three years.
C. Service plan and fee proposal.
5. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS:
The fee proposal and other qualification documents are required to be submitted to TECO Brisbane, no later than 05:00pm, Wednesday August 10th, 2022.
The proposal shall be submitted and clearly marked as follow: “SEALED FEE PROPOSAL FOR CLEANING AND GENERAL AFFAIR SERVICES FOR TECO BRISBANE”.—Attn.: Carrie Hsu, TECO in Brisbane, 11th FL., 46 Edward Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000.
6. REVIEW OF PROPOSALS:
TECO Brisbane shall review all proposals and may request clarifications if needed from the Proposers.
7. ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF PROPOSALS:
TECO Brisbane, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals in its best interests.
8. AWARD OF AGREEMENT:
Pursuant to Article 49 of the Government Procurement Law (ROC, Taiwan), if TECO Brisbane doesn’t receive proposals (quotations) from more than three tenders, TECO Brisbane shall negotiate with tenders or service providers according to the principle of the most favorable bids.
