For documents of Birth, Death, Marriage or Single Status certificate issued by Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages office (VIC, SA or TAS ) to be authenticated, please prepare following documents and submit in person (booking required) or via mail.
We authenticate signature, stamp or seal by issuing an authentication certificate directly on the document, accompanied by a stamp on the original copy. Please feel free to inquire in advance if you have any specific requests regarding this procedure.
Document Required:
1. A completed application form
2. Original Birth, Death, Marriage or Single Status certificate issued by Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages (VIC, SA or TAS only)
3. Applicant’s identification copy (ie. Passport or Driver license)
4. A self-addressed envelope for returning your documents (if applicable)
5. Authentication fee:
- A$22.00 per document (3 working days)
- A$33.00 per document (next working day)
Payment by bank/credit cards on spot, or money order (in Australia) or bank cheque in AU$ (from oversea) , make payable to “Taipei Economic and Cultural Office"
