Documents including: business documents for products/services, power of attorney for business, adoption documents, medical reports/invoice or other personal related documents.
For document(s) authentication, please submit following documents in person (online booking required) or via post for authentication application.
Documents required for documents authentication:
1. A completed application form
2. Document(s) been notarized by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in VIC, SA or TAS
3. Certified copy of applicant’s Passport or Driver license
4. A company letter to state the purpose of document authentication
5. A prepaid Express/Register Post envelope for returning your documents (if not pick up in person)
6. Authentication fee:
- A$22.00 per bundle document for 3 working days standard application
- A$33.00 per bundle document for next day urgent application
Payment by bank/credit cards on spot or money order for postal (make payable to: Taipei Economic and Cultural Office).
