Congratulations to Mr. Shan-Lin Lai on his appointment as a Council Member of the Overseas Community Affairs Council

Ambassador Ming-Yen TSAI issued a Certificate of Appointment to Mr. Shan-Lin LAI, the newly appointed Council Member of the Overseas Community Affairs Council, and Mr. Chang-chen LIN, the Senior Adviser of the Overseas Community Affairs Council. The issuance took place during an event hosted by the office, which was successfully held in a cordial and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Furthermore, thanks to the efforts of the President of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in Belgium, Mr. Tien-Chang LIN, and all of its members, we were honored to have Mrs. Hui-Pin CHANG, the Senior Sales Advisor of Louis Vuitton in Brussels, deliver an address regarding the history and development of her company. With Mrs. Chang’s speech, those in attendance were given the chance to get a brief look at how the Louis Vuitton name grew to what it is today, becoming a globally known high-end luxury fashion brand.
