Ambassador Tsai attended Atlantic Forum’s “Spring Conference” to discuss the situation in the South China Sea

Atlantic Forum organized the “Spring Conference”, held from 9 to 11 April. As part of the conference, Ambassador Tsai was invited to take part as a speaker in a discussion on the situation in the South China Sea along with other experts.

During his remarks, Amb. Tsai noted that China is accelerating its military deployment on the artificial islands in the South China Sea. He also warned that in case of conflict or crisis in the region, the whole world would be affected. Consequently, he called on international society to pay more attention to the issue of China’s military expansion.
