How to obtain a COVID-19 vaccination certificate in Belgium

1. After having received two doses of the vaccination, you can get a certificate on CSAM, the website that gives access to different government services.
2. You need to create an account and password to enter CSAM. You can do that either with your eID and an eID reader. In Brussels, the online office providing an eID is in Wolume-Saint-Lambert. If you don't have an eID, you can also proceed with your bank card and bank card reader.
3. With mobile app "itsme" you can login with your eID or bank card.
Download the "itsme" app on your smartphone;
Open the app and follow the instructions on the screen to enter your mobile phone number;
If using a bank card, select the bank card you use;
Insert your bank card in your bank card reader for authentication. (The steps are similar to online banking);
On your phone, you'll receive a password, which you enter in itsme;
You can reset the password (5 characters);
Done.
4. Enter the website https://www.masante.belgique.be with the password to acquire your "proof of vaccination". (Currently the website only has Dutch and French interfaces)
