汽車標售公告
ㄧ、標售2008年Mercedes Benz E200K (A) 乙輛，汽車狀況良好、真皮座椅及裝備齊全。有意者請預約於2015年5月6日至15日上午9時至11時，下午2時至3時前來本處 (No.18,Simpang 80-11,Jalan Gadong)看車及領取標單。(星期六及週日不供看車)
二、標單請填妥後自行密封，並於5月15日下午3時前送至本處，逾期不受理。賣方保有審查投標者資格及拒絕不符條件投標者之權利。
三、2015年5月15日下午3時30分於本處會議室公開開標， 以出價最高者為得標人。(本案最底價為汶幣一萬元，保證金2千元)。
四、得標者應於得標後3天內付款並自行辦理過戶補稅手續，車輛狀況以標售當日為準，賣方不提供車輛任何保證。

The car can be booked and viewed at and tender form can be obtained from the following address:

Viewing hours:
9.00 – 11.00 am & 2.00 – 3.00 pm Monday to Friday, from 6 May 2015 to 15 May 2015.
Completed tender form in a sealed envelope must reach the seller by 15 May 2015 not later than 3.00 pm. The tender forms will be opened in the presence of the tenderers at 3.30 pm on 15 May 2015 at the above address. The minimum bid for this vehicle is Ten thousand Brunei Dollars and successful bidder shall pay a deposit of two thousand Brunei Dollars to the seller.
The car will be disposed off on “as is” basis, and the seller shall not be liable for any warranty or responsibility after the car is sold. The successful bidder is requested to settle the full payment and pay the custom tax, as well as complete the transfer procedure within 3 days from the deal date.
