- After completed all the information, submit and printed-out application forms to Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, during office hours.

- Basic requirements include 2 passport-sized color photos, original and the copy of passport, original and the copy of IC, hotel confirmation, bank statement, flight itinerary or air-ticket. Other additional documents may be required during processing.

- Processing Days: 3 to 4 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday )
- Application made with any other type of forms other than the officially prescribed application form from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will be declined.
