Taiwan’s Medical Students Serving with Passion in Belize!

Ambassador Chi was delighted to meet with three Taiwanese medical students from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University—Bo Jang Chiou, Tian Qi Wang, and Yi Chan.
They are undertaking their clinical placement under the guidance of Antonio Coyoc, Regional Hospital Administrator of the Western Regional Hospital.
During the meeting, they shared their experiences working alongside local healthcare professionals, caring for patients, and learning from Belize’s healthcare system. Ambassador Chi praised the students for their passion for public service and their dedication to improving the health and well-being of the Belizean people.
The Embassy will continue to promote medical cooperation with Belize, deepen bilateral partnership, and work together to enhance the health and well-being of the Belizean people.
