We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen mails. If you would like to apply by mail, a PRE-PAID self-addressed return Xpresspost envelope /Courier shipping label is required.
Legalization/visa application fees are non-refundable once accepted, regardless of approval, rejection, or withdrawal of the application.
Important Notes:
The driver's license exchange agreement is exclusively between Ontario and Taiwan, permitting only Canadian and Taiwanese citizens to apply for the exchange. As a result, we exclusively accept applications from individuals holding Canadian and/or Taiwanese citizenship.
Regardless of whether the application is accepted or rejected, the costs associated with document verification and visa applications are non-refundable.
