Representative Winston Wen-yi Chen of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Canada (TECO) was warmly welcomed by the overseas Chinese and Taiwanese communities in Montreal on July 8, 2018.
He conveyed the greetings and wishes of President Tsai Ing-wen and other government officials to the overseas community in Montreal, emphasizing that one of the most important tasks of this representative office is to provide services to the overseas Chinese and Taiwanese communities.
