The Cape Town Taiwan Alumni Association held its annual dinner on September 19, hosted by Director General Lily Chen. Alumni who have attended workshops and training programs in Taiwan since 2023, as well as scholar of Taiwan Fellowship, were invited to join the gathering. Participants shared their impressions of this year’s Cape Town Taiwan Festival, where they experienced Taiwanese cuisine and cultural performances, recognizing Taiwan’s efforts in promoting cultural exchange. Alumni also reflected on their academic, daily life, and visiting experiences in Taiwan, creating lively discussions and a warm atmosphere. The Cape Town Taiwan Alumni Association will continue to serve as a platform for dialogue and cooperation, further strengthening the friendship between Taiwan and South Africa.
