DG Chen attends the 45th Independence Day flag-raising ceremony for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at Toronto City Hall

Director General Jin-ling Chen and members of the Toronto Consular Corps attended the 45th Independence Day flag-raising ceremony for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at Toronto City Hall.

During his speech, SVG Consul General Fitzgerald Huggins expressed special gratitude to Taiwan and other friendly countries for their contributions to SVG’s infrastructure building and economic development, including the construction of a hospital and an international airport, which have improved the well-being of SVG people.
