There’s jurisdiction for document authentication services. Our office’s jurisdictions are the province of: ON, MB, NS and PEI
Commercial documents that are not issued by Canadian government are required to be notarized by a notary public and authenticated by a provincial government services department (such as : Ontario's Official Document Services; Tel: 416-325-8416) in which province where your notary public is licensed to practice.
Certificates for commercial use such as manufacturer’s certificate, certificate of ingredients, certificate of origins and certificate of free sale etc. are required to be authenticated by health protection branch and chamber of commerce before sending to a notary public and the provincial government document services department.
Commercial documents or certificates submitted for authentication must be in originals. Please provide a photocopy of the documents submitted for our record.
Agent / Messenger from the applying company must bring the authorization letter from the company, signing officer's photo ID along with the agent's driver’s licenses or passport for identification purpose.
