The reception in celebration of the 115th National Day of the Republic of China (Taiwan) was successfully held on October 7

The chairman of the Taiwan-Denmark association, Mr. Svend Hovmand, the Co-Chairperson of the Formosa Club in Europe, Hon. Alex Ahrendtsen, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Taiwan Friendship Group in Denmark, Hon. Kasper Roug and others distinguished guests were invited to the reception.
For the opening remarks, Ambassador Cheng expressed his appreciation to the guests and the overseas Taiwanese community for their support and friendship for Taiwan.
Ambassador Cheng not only elaborated the recent cooperation and exchange between two countries, also stated the prosperity of Taiwan economic performance and AI developments.
The following remarks by Chairman Sven Hovmand of the Taiwan-Denmark Association, the Honorable Kasper Roug, Chairman of the Parliamentary Taiwan Friendship Group and the Co-Chairperson of the Formosa Club in Europe, Hon. Alex Ahrendtsen also emphasized the importance of the bilateral relations, the shared values between Taiwan and Denmark, and the need of mutual cooperation and friendship.
This office expressed many thanks to the Danish Taiwan Chamber Orchestra for providing the lovely well known musical tunes and Taiwanese classic melodies during the event, making the reception more vibrant, lively and joyful.
