收發件時間、工作天及費用(Opening hours, fees and working days)：
收發件時間 (Office Opening Hours)
收件：週一至週五上午8時至12時
Application Submitting: morning 8 am – 12 noon, from Monday to Friday
取件：週一至週五上午10時至12時
Document Collecting: morning 10 am - 12 noon, from Monday to Friday
收費(僅收取大公國當地幣) Fees (All fees must be paid in AED only)
急 件: 當地幣83元整 Urgent : AED83.00 ( 1 working day, after 24 hours )
普通件: 當地幣55元整 Normal: AED55.00 ( 2 working days )
* 備註(Remarks):依此間律法自2018年1月1日起所有驗證等相關規費均將加收5%增值稅. (Kindly note that 5% VAT will be added to all related fees according to the U.A.E. law.)
所需文件及注意事項(Required Documents and Notices):
- 填寫申請表格 + 申請驗證文件正本 +申請人護照影本
Duly filled application form + Origin of the document to be attested + applicant’s passport
- 授權書(倘由他人代為申請)
Attested Letter of Authorization if the application is to be submitted by an agent/3rd party.
- 不受理經由快遞、郵寄、傳真、電子郵件等方式送件
Application submitted by courier, postal service, fax or e-mail etc. are not accepted.
- ※ 結婚證書驗證及其它文書驗證必需至護照持有人所屬轄區或文件簽發地辦理驗證事宜。
