The Taipei Representative Office in Hungary is looking for a full-time Substitute Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the banking, procurement , customs clearance application, staff Diplomatic ID, vehicle and driver license application, schedule management, Hungarian-English interpretation/translation, as well as other duties assigned by the Office.
The contract period is between 6 to 12 months.
Requirements:
*Hungarian citizen or applicant with Hungarian permanent residency and work permit.
*College degree.
*Excellent communication and writing skills in Hungarian and English.
*Able to handle multiple tasks.
*Able to follow instructions in details.
*Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
*Willing to work overtime and possess a sense of work dedication.
Working hours: 09:00- 17:00 ( One hour for lunch break)
