Visa applicants who intend to visit Taiwan in order to work there and stay for a period longer than 180 days must submit the required documents in person and pay the visa fee at the nearest ROC Embassy, Consulate or Representative Mission to apply for a Resident Single-Entry Visa.

| Original and one photocopy of proof of no criminal record issued by competent authorities of the applicant’s country | 1. Documents in languages other than English must be accompanied by a Chinese- or English-translation version. Both the original-language documents and the accompanying Chinese- or English-translation version needs to be legalized by your country’s Ministry Foreign Affairs and Taipei Representative Office in Hungary.2. Documents should be issued within 1 year prior to the time of Resident Visa application. If an expiration date is noted on the document, Resident Visa application must be submitted before the document expires. |

- Please note, that if any of the required documents was issued in foreign language, it has to be translated by a sworn translator into English or Chinese language.
- Applicant may submit visa application not earlier than one monthbefore the date of entering Taiwan.
