Authentic Taiwan Cuisine In Surabaya

"Taiwan Cuisine Workshop Indonesia Tour 2019" was held in Surabaya on September 11, organized by "Taiwan Indonesia Alumni Association – East Java" (ICATI JATIM), "Taiwan Business Club Surabaya" (TBCS) cooperate with Ottimmo Academy, with a total of more than 100 participants. The workshop taught by Taiwanese renowned chefs, hoping that all participants will be able to cook authentic Taiwanese cuisine.

Director General TETO Surabaya Benson Lin said he was delighted to be able to enjoy "Lan Yang Shredded Meat", "Crab Misoa," "Taiwan red yeast meat", he also express his gratitude to the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) for initiating this event inviting Famous chefs from Fullon Hotel, Chong Yi-Ting and Wang Kuo-Zheng from Tian Ci Liang Yuan Hotel, through this workshop, uses a mix of Indonesian and Taiwanese ingredients, introducing Taiwanese cuisine that is rich in taste and International flavor.

Ottimo Surabaya is proud to be a partner in this workshop and hopes that through the dishes that are presented, we could get more knowledge about Taiwan.

"Taiwan Cuisine Workshop Indonesia Tour 2019" will continue to Bali introducing Taiwanese cuisine.
