In response to the high rate of spread of the Covid Delta variant worldwide, Taiwan Centers for Desease Control issued regulations, starting at 0:00 , 27 June 2021, quarantine measures for entry into Taiwan have been comprehensively enhanced as follows:
Quarantine measures for incoming passengers from "major high-risk countries" (travel history within the last 14 days, including transfers): all passengers must stay at a centralized quarantine station for 14 days after entry from the airport or port, and PCR testing must be performed at check-in and at the quarantine period ends, Passengers do not need to pay quarantine and inspection fees.
