The “2018 Taiwanese Cooking Demonstration” will be hosted by (1) “Dublin Institute of Technology” on Tuesday 8th May (from 3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.) at the Kathleen O’Sullivan Theatre in DIT, Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin 1, and by (2)” Dublin School of Mandarin Chinese” on Tuesday 10th May (from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm) at Bray.
These special events will provide an enlightening and exciting culinary demonstration by seasoned Head Chef, Prof. Chieh-Kuei Lee, who was awarded the Excellent Chef Award in 2002 by the Hotel Business Association and has over 15 years of experience working in many famous hotels across Taiwan. In addition, he lectures in universities such as Shih Chien and Hung Kuang and will demonstrate Taiwanese dishes and fruit carving. Chef Lee will also prepare local Irish ingredients such as beef, meats, vegetables and potatoes with a Taiwanese approach.
